Christmas Home Tour 2017

I decided this year not to delve into those old Christmas boxes, instead to move forward with a more elegant neutral Winter Wonderland feel for our Christmas decor.  Without further ado, here is our home all decked out in a theme I dreamed of 28 years ago when we were first married; Winter Wonderland....

Grandma's Nativity...priceless!
Wet very rainy day here in the PNW!
I refinished all but the lantern myself to create a neutral theme.
I used faux angel vine wreaths and boxwood topiary balls to add a bit of color.
Remade my Mother's cream & gold Father Christmas in black, white, pewter & silvers. He is my favorite now!
Remade my Grandmother's teal, gold & burgundy. My Grandma loved her dk. brown hair...
My fav angel painting & a deer from my our first married Christmas together.
A sleigh that I refinished to pewter from our first married Christmas together, also survived MANY moves!
Just refinished this coffee table last week in aged grey.
I love the ginormous crown, it was a special BD gift from my Mother & Step Father.
My clear stained glass window panels, and early Christmas gift from the hubs.
Living room.
Hard to see but the glass panels are hanging in each window.
Living room.
Our girls circa 1995
I love the sparklie fairy princessie feel!
Table with white & platinum antique Bavarian bone china. Last year's Christmas gift from the hubs.
With be a perfect January table as well.
Thriftstore candle holders.
25 year anniversary silverware set.
View from the kitchen is lovely.
Repainted my Mora clock AGAIN! 3rd times a charm right?
I am in love with white vintage Bavarian baroque style chine & vintage ironstone!

Refinished the "mancave" in shades of grey this year. The hubs now only has a "mancorner" & the garage!
Hard to show this room, so dark in pics!
I made this sign this year. Perfect spot for it!
Angel & other items I refinished with pewter rub n buff.
Refinished these vintage carolers with pewter rub n buff.
Refinished our cabinets in grey Benjamin Moore platinum grey this summer.
May your Christmas Season be blessed with Peace & Joy.
I snuck in a mini makerover to the Master Bedroom to surprise my husband. He was missing the traditional red & green Christmas decor so I wanted him to have his Christmas colors too. I added white back into the room. So he was surprised in a happy way, after a long day to come home to this:

Champagne anyone?

Riley is enjoying the knew bedding!
He also LOVES his new faux fur throw rug. He is so spoiled!
Look what he added to my Christmas surprise! I HAVE been very good this year ;)
Added white back into the room to brighten it up a bit. I am falling back in love with white!
Nest year I plan to paint the dressers white! YES!
Found a darling faux fur wine bag to double as a stocking at Ross $5.99!
New ruffle curtains from Amazon.
Velvet Versailles Bedspread from Ginny's. Love the scalloped edges, and it's so soft!
I ordered some white ruffle pillow shams from Amazon that should be here soon to complete the look. Stay tuned for the ever changing house of Glenn!

UPDATE: Here are the gorgeous Ruffle Pillow Shams I found on Amazon from Queen's House! I am in ruffle heaven!!!
