I cannot believe we have been in our new digs for over a year now! This year has just flown by at light speed. I had fun with a few fall decor projects this year. I had even more fun watching our eldest, beautiful grandchild play soccer for the first time. She is in school now too!
Where has the time gone. I remember when my daughter started school and played soccer. These are such fun and special memories being made when children are this little. I am soaking up the love and memories.
The outside of the home is mostly done. We still have to repave the RV parking, replace the back fence, finish the front fence and build the covered area for the main back patio. We will be working on this next Spring/Summer season.
We have so many blessings to be thankful for. Praticing gratitude more than ever this Autumn, even amongst the crazy things going on in this world. Remembering God is in control and always near. He hears our prayers and loves a grateful humble heart.
Ideas are starting to flood my mind for the Christmas season. I am so excited to decorate the outside of the home this year. Put up the lights and my late Grandmother's Nativity set on the porch. I think she would be so delighted I display it every year.
Before I get to carried away dreaming of Christmas, hear is our newly remodeled home decked out for Autumn.
Welcome in friend, grab a cup of mulled cider and a cookie and stay awhile!
