| Screw tight, I use a rubber jar opener to grip the ring while tightening the foamer. |

I always find my vintage mason jars at St. Vinnie's thrift shop, even the hard to find 1/2 gallon jars. I make my own foaming soap by diluting liquid handsoap, the ratio is on this blog post:
