Vintage Table & Chairs Redo

Bought this vintage 1920's table & chairs on craigslist & breathed new life into it with a whole new look!

BEFORE: 1920's Vintage Table & Chairs
This piece was in darn good shape for as old as it was! It was previously owned by the same family since it was built in the 1920's. I feel blessed to have purchased it from them.
BEFORE: Old Raspberry Upholstery
Was previously upholstered in this raspberry velvet right over the original peach upholstery. Was a real job getting both layers of upholstery off, only cut myself twice on old rusty nails. Yikes!

Painted the table with rustoleum chalked aged grey and linen white on the chairs. I used charcoal goatstick to distress each piece. I purchased new 2" foam on ebay, and new fabric from fabric.com.

In Progress
Reupholstered in 3 different fabrics

Needed extra chairs. Found two of these little cuties.
It compliments the 1920's buffet I had found earlier perfectly!

UPDATE: 2018 I refinished the table and chairs again. I used rustoleum chalked linen white on the chairs and aged grey on the table. I distressed it with charcoal grey Billy Goat Stick.

I love white ranunculus!
