- 1 cup of Yellow Corn Meal
 - 3 cups of Flour
 - 2 TBS of Baking Powder
 - 1 tsp of Salt
 - 1⅓ cups of Sugar
 - 4 Eggs
 - ⅔ cup of Oil
 - 6 TBS of Melted Butter
 - 2½ cups of Buttermilk
 
Directions:
- Preheat oven. Grease 9X13-inch pan.
 - Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder & salt.
 - In separate mixing bowl combine sugar, eggs, oil, butter & buttermilk; add dry ingredients.
 - Mix together & pour batter into prepared pan, bake.
 
- 1 stick of softened butter mixed with ½ cup of honey
 
Cook
Temp: 350°F
Cook Time: Bake 35-45 minutes or until light golden
brown and toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center.
Serve
With: Chili, stew,
slumguli, chowder, salad, etc. Top with honey butter.
