| Gluten & Soy Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Bars or Balls |
Ingredients:
- 3 cups gluten free oats
- 1 cup organic ground psyllium husk powder
- 1/3 cup Cold Pressed Golden Ground Flax
- 2 cups Organic clover honey (or Organic Blue Agave Syrup)
- 2 cups earth balance natural peanut butter & flaxseed
- 2 scoops Protein 17 organic whey powder from grass fed cows
- 1 cup soy free gluten free mini choclate chips by enjoy life
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and mix with paddle attachment on your mixer for 3 minutes.
- Remove from mixing stand and knead together by hand until well combined.
- Place a long piece or plastic wrap on counter.
- Place dough on wrap.
- Shape into long tube, wrap with plastic, wash hands & reshape roll & then flatten.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours, cut into bars wrap in wax paper & serve. You can also roll into 3" balls and layer on wax paper.
- Store remainder in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or the freezer for 2 months.

Serve With: Ice Cold Water. Consume with 1 full glass of water for psyllium to work properly & not cause constipation.
Notes: High in protein, vitamins, minerals & fiber. We use these as a meal replacement for breakfast or lunch.
