| Marinating Tri-Tip Steak (a family fav) |
- 2cup organic honey
- 2cup soy sauce
- 2 cup pineapple juice (fresh if possible canned works if not)
- 2 tsp ground ginger (or a few pieces of fresh ginger)
- 2TBS sesame oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp onion powder (or chopped fresh onion however much you like)
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Asian chili oil (optional to give it a spicy kick)
Directions:
- Pierce meat several times with fork.
- Marinade meat at least 6 hours.
Serve With: Use for chicken, pork or beef.
