| Chili is done & ready to me topped with shredded cheese, chips and/or a dollop of organic sour cream. Yum! |
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes-optional
- 6 Lg cans of organic chili beans
- 2 Lg jars of organic crushed tomatoes
- 1 Lg jar of organic tomato paste
- 2 lb ground beef or you can use ground chicken or turkey
- 1 lb ground pork
- ½ cup of organic chili powder
- 1 TBS garlic salt
- 3 TBS organic ground cumin
- 1 TBS organic ground mustard
- 4 TBS organic onion powder OR 2 chopped organic yellow onions
- 3 TBS Worcestershire sauce (omit for gluten free option)
- 1 bottle of La Victoria mild red taco sauce
Directions:
- In large stock pan combine ground beef & pork; cook until fat is mostly gone (do not drain).
- Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
- Simmer on low for 30-45 minutes, or add to crock pot & cook on low setting for 4-5 hours.

Serve
With: Sweet
cornbread. Top with shredded cheese and or a dollop of sour cream.
Notes: My husband & I love this. I always make this in the fall around football season. Good stick
to your ribs extra thick chili! I freeze most of this and it freezes very well.
