| Natural Lip Balm-All labeled and ready for use. |
Ingredients:
- 3 TBS organic beeswax
- 1/4 cup organic shea butter; packed
- 1/4 cup organic coconut oil (the solid type)
- 1 TBS organic honey
- 2 TBS organic cocoa butter
- 2 TBS organic red palm oil
- 25 drops organic grapefruit essential oil
- 20 drops organic orange essential oil
- 15 drops organic sweet orange
- 10 drops organic rosemary
- vanilla bean
- 32-34 lip balm tubes
- Custom Labels (the fun part)!
Directions:
- Add the beeswax, shea butter & cocoa to a pint canning jar with lid.
- Place in a double boiler.
- Heat water to a boil and melt ingredients to a liquid form.
- While this is taking place in a small sauce pan over low/medium heat melt the coconut oil & honey, removed from heat; set aside.
- Split a vanilla bean open, scrape off the seed and add to coconut oil/honey.
- Let vanilla beans set for 30 minutes in the coconut oil/honey and then strain vanilla beans out through a cheese cloth into your beeswax & shea butter mixture.
- Turn off heat & add red palm oil & essential oil; stir & combine well.
- Leave your in hot pan so it stays melted.
- Make sure that your lip balm tubes are rolled all the way down.

- Using a glass dropper or a glass turkey baster, add the melted lip balm to your lip balm tubes.
- The lip balm will shrink down as it cools, add a little more to each tube (topping it) to fill in.
- Leave the lids off until & cooled completely.
- Add your own custom labels.

Notes: This is a natural product. Store in a cool dry place. Normally
with other lip balms I am constantly having to reapply multiply times in an hour, with this
lip balm I don't! It feels great on my lips. This is a firm balm. If you like softer lip balms add less beeswax.
Yields: 33-36 tubes, depending on type
of tube or container you are using.
